About the role

As a Customer Services Representative (Healthcare Seasonal Account) with YWA HUMAN RESOURCE CORPORATION', you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the healthcare industry. This is a full-time position based in Tarlac, Central Luzon, where you will be responsible for handling inbound customer enquiries and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.

What you'll be doing

  • Answering and responding to customer calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner
  • Providing accurate information to customers about products, services, and policies
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints by identifying root causes and implementing appropriate solutions
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and ensuring accurate documentation
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Actively participating in training and development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond empathetically
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think on your feet and make sound decisions
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a genuine interest in the healthcare industry
  • Fluency in English and the local language (Tagalog)
