About the role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our thriving Customer Service team at StaffSmart Outsourcing. This full-time role is based in Pampanga and will involve providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  2. Resolving customer issues and concerns with a focus on delivering outstanding service
  3. Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions
  4. Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to improve processes
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer support
  6. Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the non-toxic account industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries
  4. Proficient in using computer systems and software, with the ability to navigate multiple applications
  5. A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
  6. A positive, adaptable, and resilient mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment
