Join the dynamic team at CORPORATE VISIONS INC' as a Customer Service Representative - Financial and Health Account. Based in Angeles City Pampanga, this full-time role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients in the financial and health sectors. You will be the face of the company, ensuring a positive experience for every interaction.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  2. Resolving customer issues and concerns, while adhering to company policies and procedures
  3. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records and account information
  4. Providing product and service information to customers, and assisting with account-related tasks
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  6. Continuously seeking opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the financial or healthcare industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service
  4. Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  5. Fluency in English and the local language, with the ability to communicate effectively
  6. A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
