
Administrative Compliance Assistant

- Prepare, process, and monitor PEZA-related documents including permits, certifications, and reports (e.g., LOA, IEE, STS, and other PEZA forms)
- Liaise with PEZA officers and other government agencies for submission, follow-up, and compliance matters
- Maintain organized records of PEZA transactions, approvals, and correspondence
- Support general administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, encoding, and document routing.
- Coordinate with Finance, HR, and Operations for PEZA-related compliance and reporting.
- Ensure timely renewal and submission of PEZA permits and licenses.
- Monitor deadlines and regulatory updates relevant to PEZA operations.
- Provide support during audits and inspections by PEZA or other regulatory bodies.
- Monitor office supplies and assist in procurement request.
- Maintain updated records of employee files, permits, and internal forms.
- Assist in preparing and submitting liquidation reports for cash advances, reimbursements, and operational expenses.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of supporting documents (e.g., official receipts, sales invoices, trip tickets).
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of Business Administration, Office Management, or related course
- At least 1–2 years of experience in administrative work, preferably with PEZA documentation exposure.
- Familiarity with PEZA processes, forms, and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
Required Skills:
- Experience coordinating with government agencies.
- Knowledge of import/export procedures and PEZA incentives.
- Familiarity with AS documentation or audit preparation is an advantage.
