Job Summary:

The Logistics Admin provides administrative support to the logistics and supply chain operations of the organization. This role ensures smooth coordination of shipments, inventory, documentation, and communication between internal departments and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Prepare and manage shipping documents (e.g., invoices, packing lists, bills of lading).
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, deliveries, and logistics transactions.
  • Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and warehouse staff to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Assist in tracking shipments and resolving delivery issues.
  • Support logistics team with data entry, filing, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and company policies.
  • Schedule transportation and manage logistics calendars.
  • Assist in preparing reports related to logistics performance and KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • College degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
  • Proven experience in administrative or logistics support roles.
  • Familiarity with logistics software and systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, WMS).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Contract length: 4 months

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
