Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Collection and deposit of payments
  • Preparation of payroll
  • Preparation of SOA's (Statement of Account) for clients
  • Follow-up on collections
  • Handling employee hiring and recruitment
  • Organizing company records and documents
  • Assisting in day-to-day office operations

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any Business, HR, or related course
  • With at least 1 year of experience in Admin or HR work
  • Trustworthy, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Good communication and computer skills
  • Can work under minimal supervision

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php17,000.00 per month
