Administrative Assistant

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Collection and deposit of payments
- Preparation of payroll
- Preparation of SOA's (Statement of Account) for clients
- Follow-up on collections
- Handling employee hiring and recruitment
- Organizing company records and documents
- Assisting in day-to-day office operations
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Business, HR, or related course
- With at least 1 year of experience in Admin or HR work
- Trustworthy, organized, and detail-oriented
- Good communication and computer skills
- Can work under minimal supervision
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php17,000.00 per month
