About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Officer to join our team at RCD LAND, INC.'. As a Site Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our development projects in Batangas, Calabarzon. This is a full-time position that will require you to be based on-site to oversee and coordinate various administrative and logistical tasks.

What you'll be doing

Manage and maintain all site-related documentation, including permits, contracts, and project records Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to coordinate site activities and resolve any issues that arise Assist in the preparation and monitoring of project budgets and schedules Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations Provide administrative support to the project management team, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence Contribute to the continuous improvement of site processes and procedures

What we're looking for

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar administrative or site coordination role, preferably within the construction or real estate development industry Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Project Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations Ability to work independently and as part of a team
