CALL CENTER TRAINER (ON-SITE)

Job Description

  • Deliver interactive and results-oriented training sessions for both new and current trainees
  • Work closely with co-trainers, managers, and leadership to ensure alignment on training objectives
  • Determine learning needs and create training plans that support business and operational goals
  • Evaluate training materials for effectiveness and implement enhancements when necessary
  • Track trainee progress, provide consistent coaching and feedback, and maintain quality standards

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in conducting training or leading teams across any industry
  • Background in teaching or academic instruction
  • BPO industry experience is considered an advantage
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English
  • Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills
  • Excellent leadership, team-building, organizational, and management abilities
  • Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively
  • Skilled in problem analysis and developing strategic solutions
  • Knowledgeable in instructional technologies and best practices for teaching platforms
  • Committed to upholding the company's values, mission, and objectives
  • Quick learner and highly adaptable with technology
  • Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet tools (e.g., Google Workspace, MS Office)
  • Experienced in utilizing Zoom and its various features
  • Resides within approximately 30 minutes of the office (P. Burgos, Batangas City) with access to nighttime transportation
