Job Summary:
The Site Nurse is responsible for providing on-site medical care, first aid, and health monitoring to workers and staff. The role ensures the implementation of health and safety protocols, assists in health-related documentation, and promotes overall wellness within the job site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide immediate first aid and emergency care to injured or ill employees on site.
- Monitor and assess the health conditions of employees and advise them accordingly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical and incident records.
- Assist in the development and implementation of site-specific health and safety protocols.
- Conduct toolbox talks and health awareness activities when needed.
- Coordinate with Safety Officers regarding occupational health and safety concerns.
- Handle medical referrals and liaise with clinics or hospitals when necessary.
- Monitor the inventory of medical supplies and request replenishments as needed.
- Participate in emergency response and evacuation drills.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license.
- Preferably with BOSH for Nurses in the Construction Industry.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an occupational health or construction site setting.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle emergency situations calmly.
