Job Summary:

The Site Nurse is responsible for providing on-site medical care, first aid, and health monitoring to workers and staff. The role ensures the implementation of health and safety protocols, assists in health-related documentation, and promotes overall wellness within the job site.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide immediate first aid and emergency care to injured or ill employees on site.
  • Monitor and assess the health conditions of employees and advise them accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical and incident records.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of site-specific health and safety protocols.
  • Conduct toolbox talks and health awareness activities when needed.
  • Coordinate with Safety Officers regarding occupational health and safety concerns.
  • Handle medical referrals and liaise with clinics or hospitals when necessary.
  • Monitor the inventory of medical supplies and request replenishments as needed.
  • Participate in emergency response and evacuation drills.

Qualifications:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license.
  • Preferably with BOSH for Nurses in the Construction Industry.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an occupational health or construction site setting.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle emergency situations calmly.
