Job Summary:

The Site Nurse is responsible for providing on-site medical care and emergency response to employees at a construction or project site. This role ensures the health, safety, and well-being of workers by conducting medical assessments, health monitoring, first aid treatment, and coordinating with external healthcare providers when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first aid treatment and manage medical emergencies on-site
  • Maintain a clean and fully stocked clinic with proper inventory of medical supplies
  • Monitor workers' health and report any potential issues to management
  • Conduct daily health assessments or screenings (e.g., temperature checks, vital signs)
  • Document incidents, injuries, and medical records accurately
  • Assist in the implementation of health and safety protocols
  • Provide health education and wellness tips to employees
  • Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, or ambulance services when referrals are needed
  • Support the Health & Safety Officer in risk assessments and accident investigations
  • Ensure compliance with DOLE, DOH, or local health regulations and standards

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license
  • At least [1–2] years of experience as a nurse (preferably in a site or industrial setting)
  • BOSH-OHN certification (DOLE-accredited Occupational Health Nurse Training) is an advantage
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) or First Aid Training certification preferred
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergencies calmly
