  1. Implementation of the company corporate and project quality management policies for the following functional responsibilities:

  • Provide basic first aid, evaluate employees' health, provide initial diagnosis on medical conditions, maintain employee health records, and appraise safety and health standards in the work environment.

  • Evaluate and investigate accidents as a member of the EHS committee, and submit reports to the EHS Head, Project Manager, and head office. Handle matters pertaining to health and safety for the guidance of the client, Hansei management, and Hansei employees.

  • Maintain an efficient accident record system and coordinate actions taken by supervisors to address causes.

  • Assist during safety & health inspections, accident investigations, internal audits, and other external audits.

  • Correct unsafe acts or conditions through the established line of authority. Exercise authority during emergency situations.

  • Develop measures and programs to ensure safe working conditions.

  • Conduct meetings, trainings, and orientations related to environmental health and safety.

  • Submit detailed, accurate, and complete reports.

  • Coordinate and submit EHS weekly and monthly reports to the DOLE Office.

  • Keep employee medical records for monitoring health, reducing risk factors, or preventing disease or disability.

  • Promote and uphold the Environmental, Health, and Safety manual, policies, and procedures.

  • Participate in on-call assignments and tasks outside normal working hours.

  1. Undertake fieldwork on company projects and provide necessary assistance to other personnel.

  2. Report and recommend project status, issues, and concerns to management for appropriate action.

  3. Provide full support, assistance, and coordination with other functional groups.

  4. Observe and strictly comply with company policies and guidelines.

  5. Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time.
