About the role

S & L Fine Foods, Inc., Philippines' fast-growing importer & distributor of fine foods from Australia, Europe, Asia and the USA. We cater to hotels, restaurants, catering, retail, and other food service establishments. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive Officer to join our team, primarily focusing on managing clients within our wholesale division. This role of a Sales Executive Officer entails building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, including hotels, restaurants, catering establishments, supermarkets, distributors, and corporate accounts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a proven track record in key sales account management.

What you'll be doing

  • Actively prospecting, pitching, and securing new business opportunities with potential customers
  • Managing and nurturing existing customer relationships to drive repeat business and upselling
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Tracking and reporting on sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments

  • Proven track record of success in a sales or account management role, preferably within the food and beverage industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills to close deals and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Solid understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management, and performance tracking
  • Proficient in using sales-related software and tools
