Your Role

As an AU Field Services & Operations Coordinator, you are responsible for:

  • Schedule and dispatch field engineers for onsite support, projects, and emergencies.
  • Coordinate travel, time, and resource allocation for efficiency.
  • Monitor job statuses and reassign staff based on availability and priority.
  • Manage incoming service tickets, set priorities, and determine remote vs. onsite resolution.
  • Act as first contact for clients, handling scheduling, follow-ups, and updates.
  • Communicate job expectations and timelines to clients and internal teams.
  • Compile data for operational and client reports (e.g., SLA compliance, job completion).
  • Maintain accurate records of field work and ticket history.
  • Support process documentation and improvement initiatives.
