Your Role

As an AU Level 1 Technical Support, you are responsible for:

  • Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Log and track support tickets to ensure timely resolution.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams.
  • Manage user accounts, including password resets and access permissions.
  • Follow customer-specific IT policies and procedures.
  • Prioritize and categorize incoming support requests.
  • Deliver professional customer service in all interactions.
  • Create and update knowledge base articles for common issues and solutions.
