Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identifying potential customers through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Sales Presentations and Product Demonstrations: Presenting the features and benefits of products or services to clients and demonstrating how they can solve customer needs.
- Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiating prices, contracts, and terms to close sales effectively and meet revenue targets.
- Achieving Sales Targets: Consistently meeting or exceeding assigned monthly or annual sales quotas.
- Market Research: Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
- Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Maintaining accurate records and providing regular reports on sales performance and forecasts to management.
- Collaboration: Working with marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Attending Events: Participating in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to network and promote products.
