We are looking for a Sales Executive with a strong hunter mindset to drive new business growth in the logistics sector. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on prospecting, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, self-motivated, and experienced in identifying and converting new opportunities across industries.

You'll play a key role in expanding our client base—promoting our logistics and supply chain solutions to prospective clients, understanding their unique operational needs, and delivering value-driven solutions that help move their business forward.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Prospecting

  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, client visits, and industry events.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Research potential clients to understand their operations, logistics requirements, and decision-making processes.
  • Create customized sales pitches and proposals tailored to client needs.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
  • Act as the main point of contact for new clients during onboarding and transition phases.
  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.

Sales Strategy & Reporting

  • Develop strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and increase company presence.
  • Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to support business strategy.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and performance updates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or transportation.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a hunter role.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Knowledge of logistics processes and industry trends.
  • Self-driven, disciplined, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
