
Operations Assistant

The Operations Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the assigned cluster of stores and the OD through effective calendar management, proper dissemination of official communications, report/presentation consolidation and preparation, and maintenance of an efficient filing system.
- Receives visitors courteously, attends to their inquiries and refers them to the concerned party in the Department
- Keeps track of the daily itinerary of the OD through effective calendar management; arranges meetings and sends invitations
- Maintains adequate stock of office supplies through timely requisition and distribution of needed supplies of the Department/ Distric
- Assists the OD in preparing the budget/ store target for sales and profit
JOB QUALIFICATION:
- Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Business
- No experience required
- Those with experience have the advantage
