Duties and Responsibilities:

» Receive all Remittances from deliveries – outbase and booking salesman.

» Account all invoices and other important documents, including cash received & check

payments.

» Cash count all money remitted, and make necessary deposit slips.

» Stamps all Deposit slips with company details such as account number and account name.

» Create remittance records for all sales/payments received.

» Logs all incoming documents/transactions in the logbook

» Update the Excel file for monitoring purposes.

» Encode all Sales Invoices (S.I) and Delivery Receipts (D.R) from the outbase sales team into

the system (To be done every 2 nd day working day of the week).

» Perform Journal Entries for all sales transactions.

» Assist with issuing Sales Invoices.

» Account for all Sales Invoices, Delivery Receipts, and Collection Receipts (C.R).

» Log and monitor all incoming and outgoing S.I/D.R/C.R.

» Arrange all S.I, D.R, C.R and file all used Receipts with proper records.

» Coordinate with the Sales Team – outbase and booking salesman for all offices supplies

such as daily/weekly needs, forms for loading, remittance, inventory, deficits, accounts

receivables, and PT cash liquidation.

» Provide money bags to all assigned personnel

» Ensure that all money bags are consistently maintained, kept, and subject to regular

cleaning.

» Maintain and ensure that all forms are kept at an appropriate inventory level.

» Assist in receiving incoming stocks.

» Assist in loading all deliveries.

» Perform actual inventory on all van-selling trucks.

» Checks all loading of stocks on all van selling trucks.

» Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php13, Php15,000.00 per month
