Who We Are

We are a privately owned Australian family business with two yards in Queensland: Brisbane and Mackay. We have a strong reputation in the Scrap Metal Recycling industry. Our core business is the collection and processing of scrap metal, supplying both domestic and international industries with end-of-life metals that are transformed into new products. We pride ourselves on our integrity, reliability, and commitment to delivering excellent service in a fast-paced, hands-on industry.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong communication skills and excellent command of the English language.
  • Professional, friendly, and proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and handle unscripted, dynamic calls, keeping the Australian team updated.
  • Previous BPO or Telco experience is a plus, but not required.

Working Hours (Philippine Time):

  • Monday to Friday: 9 hours a day between 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Saturday (Occasionally) : 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM
  • We're offering full-time hours for you to work independently under a contractor arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and divert incoming calls from our landline to the appropriate departments each call may be unique and does not follow a script.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and data using Excel spreadsheets.
  • Respond to customer enquiries on our website regarding cars, metal, trucks, machinery, and scrap materials.
  • Contact sales representatives regarding bin inquiries from website submissions.
  • Coordinate with the transport department for the collection of purchased materials.
  • Track calls from Google, radio ads, Facebook, and word-of-mouth referrals.
  • Communicate regularly with our Australian team regarding customer enquiries.
  • Contact customers and suppliers to follow up on purchasing leads via a marketing research approach.
