About the role

Join Notting Hill Advisory as a Remote Call Center Operator. In this casual role, you will provide excellent market research with respondents remotely from the comfort of your own home. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing customer service team at a leading advisory firm.

What you'll be doing

  • Outbound calls conducting market research using detailed scripting
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of all communications
  • Identify opportunities to improve respondent experience and recommend process enhancements
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor when necessary
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of call centre operations and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, ideally in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
  • Strong communication and active listening skills with the ability to empathise and connect with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle customer inquiries efficiently
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software to access customer information and document interactions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Flexibility to work a casual schedule, including evenings and weekends as required
