Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Remote Front Desk Clerk to support our clinics with day-to-day administrative and patient coordination tasks. The ideal candidate will have prior healthcare or clinic front desk experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.


Job Highlights

Monthly Rate: Php 45,000-50,000

Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 40 hours

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST (includes 1-hour unpaid lunch)

Client Timezone: Pacific Time

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an "Independent Contractor," the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.


Responsibilities

  • Verify patient eligibility and insurance benefits
  • Process and follow up on referrals and authorizations
  • Handle patient phone calls and route them appropriately
  • Assist with appointment scheduling as needed
  • Support general front desk operations remotely

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a medical front desk or healthcare setting
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in EMR systems and Microsoft Office
  • Reliable internet connection and professional remote setup
