HR Generalist

Job Description:-
a) To monitor the operation of Human Resource Department.
b) To help implement, enforce and maintain the Company's policies and procedures in relation to staff welfare and administration.
c) To help monitor staff performance and motivate them to accomplish their job targets.
d) To assist in nurturing a conducive working environment for all employees.
Payroll & Personnel
a) Prepare payroll and monthly salary reports for employees, including handling government-mandated benefits.
b) Update employee's personal data and ensure all related letter and documents is maintained.
c) Coordinate and upkeep all employees performance appraisals.
d) Monthly reporting on KPI result measurements.
Recruitment & Onboarding
a) Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers etc
b) Own the end-to-end onboarding process to ensure new employees feel welcomed, prepared, and integrated into company culture from day one.
Training and Admin
a) Responsible and to conduct for induction and other policies training for new employees.
b) To update annual training plan and maintain employees' training records.
c) To arrange training (internal & external) to upgrade the skills of employees.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in HR or Business Administration Studies
- 2-4 years working experience in Manufacturing industry
- Can work under minimum supervision, independent, team player, organized, flexible, creative and resourceful
