Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years' experience in food industry process management, quality, or compliance.
  • Experience with FSSC 22000 Version 6, including understanding of ISO 22000, PRPs (Prerequisite Programs), and HACCP principles.
  • Experience in internal auditing for food safety or quality management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor business processes to ensure alignment with FSSC 22000 Version 6 requirements.
  • Conduct and support internal audits across departments to verify compliance with food safety, quality, and operational standards.
  • Identify gaps, non-conformities, and areas for process improvement; prepare audit reports and follow-up action plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, QA, R&D, Supply Chain) to implement process improvements.
  • Maintain documentation for FSSC 22000 Version 6 compliance, including procedures, records, and audit reports
