About the role

As a Quality Assurance Specialist (Healthcare), you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and support for our healthcare clients. Based in Bonifacio Global City Taguig City Metro Manila, this full-time position will require you to monitor and analyse customer interactions to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous quality enhancement.

What you'll be doing

  • Conduct regular quality audits on customer calls, emails, and other interactions to assess adherence to service standards and customer satisfaction
  • Identify training needs and provide feedback to customer service representatives to improve performance and the overall customer experience
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements
  • Maintain detailed records and generate comprehensive reports on quality metrics and customer service outcomes
  • Provide support and guidance to the customer service team to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns

What we're looking for

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a quality assurance or customer service role, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address quality issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and training
  • Proficient in using quality assurance tools and software to monitor and analyse customer interactions
  • A detail-oriented and organized approach, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous improvement
