The Quality Assurance Supervisor is responsible for securing the timely and effective implementation of all the company's policies, procedures, and activities involved in assuring the quality of manufactured products. The job holder is responsible for creating and developing batch production records, forms, standard operating procedures, and company manuals to align with Quality, cGMP, Halal and Organic Standards.

The position also performs duties and tasks as may be assigned from time to time at the discretion of the management.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

Responsible for review generation, control, and retention of records such as Manufacturing Batch Records, Logbooks, Forms, Validation Protocols, Product Registration and Certificates, Company Manuals, and other Quality related documents

  • Provide reports to Production, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Research and Development as needed to support continuous improvement within the company
  • Performs routine review of quality related documents and make necessary amendments as needed
  • Ensure compliance to procedures and addresses non-compliance through corrective and preventive action (CAPA) system
  • Conducts routine internal audits of processes, systems and procedures
  • Responsible for the approval and monitoring of contract manufacturers and suppliers of materials
  • Reviews and provides inputs on Supply Agreement and Technical Quality Agreements for Third Party Suppliers and Manufacturers
  • Undertakes quality audits to suppliers, prepares Audit Reports and furnishes copies to the concerned parties for Corrective Action and Preventive Action (CAPA) Report
  • Provide inputs on validation activities such as process validation, cleaning validation, performance qualification, and commissioning of equipment

REGULATORY AND COMPLIANCE

  • Compliance with all regulatory requirements for continuous business operations
  • Support continuous business operations through maintenance of certifications on (GMP, Halal, International Organic, GAP, FDA) and addresses non-compliance via the corrective and preventive action (CAPA) system

PROCESS IMPROVEMENT

  • Timely address to all SAP Material related concerns and challenges for smooth transactions

PEOPLE LEADERSHIP

  • Develop and unleash talents performance and potential through coaching and mentoring
  • Coach and facilitate training and other learning activities of all plant personnel on systems, procedures and day-to-day activities
  • Skills and competency building of direct reports Build talent pipelines for critical roles by defining, identifying and developing talents to support and grow the business
  • Manage employee disciplinary process and performance contract review Individual performance link to organization performance Employee engagement
