Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to oversee and manage all quality assurance functions in a feed manufacturing environment. This role ensures that all feed products consistently meet company standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations through strict quality systems, inspections, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with feed industry standards, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
  • Supervise the QA team in conducting inspection, testing, and verification of raw materials, in-process feeds, and finished products.
  • Ensure proper documentation, monitoring, and evaluation of all quality-related activities.
  • Coordinate with production, warehouse, and procurement teams to resolve quality deviations, non-conformances, and customer complaints.
  • Provide training and technical guidance to employees to promote quality awareness and compliance across all operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance feed quality and process reliability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, or any related field
  • Licensed Chemist or Chemical Engineer (preferred)
  • At least 5 years of Quality Assurance experience in a feed manufacturing or related industry
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO, and feed quality standards
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to maintaining high product quality and safety standards
