Job Descriptions:

  • Developing and implementing quality control procedures to monitor and maintain product quality standards
  • Performing regular inspections and testing of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products to identify and resolve any quality issues
  • Analyzing quality data and preparing comprehensive reports for management
  • Collaborating with production teams to identify and address the root causes of quality problems
  • Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices in quality assurance
  • Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality control protocols
  • Maintaining detailed records and documentation to ensure traceability and compliance

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as food science, quality management, or a related discipline
  • At least 1 year of experience in a quality assurance role within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry
  • Proficient in using quality control tools and equipment, as well as data analysis software
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and quality management systems (e.g. ISO, HACCP)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
