Job Description

The Quality Assurance Associate recommends, implements, and monitors corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved. Verification of Loan Documents to improve the process and development. Ensure that all procedures are followed in accordance with applicable regulations and standards

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of documents
  • Review and verify scanned documents to CRM
  • Conduct audits of loan files to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Identify and report discrepancies or errors in collateral documentation
  • Collaborate with the Loans Department and other departments to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Maintain detailed records of audit findings and corrective actions
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures and best practices.
