I. Job Summary

The Planner is responsible for total capacity planning of warehouses and scheduling fleet assignments to ensure efficient and cost-effective end-to-end operations. This role focuses on understanding order requirements, plotting for reference of warehouse operations, route planning, maximizing truck capacity per trip, monitoring delivery progress to ensure timely completion, and reporting.

II. Key Responsibilities

  • Review orders and determine the corresponding warehouse and fleet requirements.
  • Plot the orders based on the schedule and the facility involved in the pick up / delivery requirement.
  • Coordinate with warehouse operations for picking schedules and target required activity completion.
  • Assign trucks based on capacity, route, and delivery priorities.
  • lan and optimize delivery routes to minimize travel time and fleet costs.
  • Coordinate and align with warehouse operations for loading schedules.
  • Monitor delivery status and report progress or any issues encountered.
  • Ensure proper documentation of fleet assignments and delivery updates.

III. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Experience in logistics planning, dispatch, or fleet management is a plus.
  • Fresh graduates may apply
  • Strong analytical and organizing skills
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in using sheets or spreadsheets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
