Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise production team to meet daily output and quality targets.
  • Monitor schedules, raw materials, and manpower allocation.
  • Enforce safety, housekeeping, and company policies.
  • Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams.
  • Ensure accurate and timely production reporting.
  • Support process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
  • Train and develop staff for performance enhancement.
  • Resolve production issues through root-cause analysis.
  • Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance needs.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate of Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing) or related technical field.
  • Experience: 3- 5 years in a supervisory role in corrugated packaging or similar industry.
  • With experience working in a corrugated box manufacturing company.
  • Knowledge of flexo printing, slotting, die-cutting, folding, and gluing machines.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, production planning, lean manufacturing, 7S, ISO and quality systems.
