About the role

As a Technical Sales Engineer , you will play a vital role in driving the company's growth and success. Based in Silang Cavite, this full-time position will see you utilising your technical expertise and consultative sales abilities to engage with clients, understand their unique requirements, and deliver tailored transportation solutions that exceed their expectations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Actively prospecting and identifying new business opportunities within your assigned territory
  2. Conducting in-depth needs assessments with prospective clients to fully understand their challenges and requirements
  3. Developing and presenting comprehensive, customer-centric proposals that showcase int transportation's capabilities and how they can add value
  4. Negotiating contract terms and closing deals to secure new business
  5. Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, providing excellent customer service and identifying opportunities for additional business
  6. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities to enhance your sales approach.

What we're looking for

  1. A bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field such as engineering, logistics, or transportation
  2. Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
  3. Proven track record of successfully acquiring new clients and exceeding sales targets
  4. Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand complex systems and technologies
  5. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  6. Proactive, customer-focused approach with the ability to build lasting relationships
  7. Willingness to travel within your assigned territory as required
