DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design, program, and maintain automation systems to improve production efficiency and quality.
  • Develop and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, and control systems for production and packaging equipment.
  • Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new automated machines and upgrades.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and resolve automation-related breakdowns.
  • Collaborate with production and maintenance teams on process optimization and continuous improvement projects.
  • Ensure system documentation, safety compliance, and equipment reliability are maintained.
  • Provide technical guidance and training on automation systems and controls.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in automation or control engineering (preferably in manufacturing or industrial environment).
  • Proficient in PLC programming.
  • Knowledge in HMI/SCADA systems, sensors, actuators, and servo drives.
  • Experience in industrial networks (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus, etc.).
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php900.00 per day
