Your Role in the Spotlight
Be part of our client's team as a Digital Client Success Manager, leading post-sale execution of digital campaigns across podcasts, social, video, and display. You'll drive performance, collaborate with internal teams, optimize results, troubleshoot challenges, and deliver actionable insights that elevate both direct and programmatic campaigns to exceed client expectations.

What You Bring to the Table
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong communication skills
- Expertise in reporting digital media campaign results
- Ability to manage projects from start to finish
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- High work standards with strong attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to handle high volume in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and collaboration with internal teams and clients
- 2-3 years of digital media experience in a similar role
- Previous Programmatic Ad Operations experience is a plus
What You'll Do
- Manage post-sale execution of national digital media campaigns with focus on direct campaigns and Programmatic Guarantee deals
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure sold programs are booked and executed in alignment with operational and sales initiatives
- Manage client communications throughout setup, launch, flight, and recap of both direct and programmatic guaranteed campaigns across multiple DSPs (DV360, TTD, etc.)
- Schedule and lead all internal and external calls as needed, communicating production timelines and deliverables
- Review client scripts and copy submissions to ensure compliance with audio production guidelines
- Collaborate with Sales, Agencies, third-party measurement vendors, and internal AdOps/Programmatic AdOps to troubleshoot campaigns when issues arise
- Work with pod operations to troubleshoot creative and tracking issues
- Maintain and optimize client campaigns to improve overall performance against pre-determined benchmarks
- Interpret and analyze performance data to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and provide actionable insights
- Ensure full delivery against dollars booked across all digital, social, and podcast deliverables
- Collaborate with billing and finance teams monthly to ensure billing is reconciled in a timely manner
- Provide post-campaign wrap-up including final reporting and one-sheet recap with insights and learnings
