Job Scope:

  • Provide recommendations and ideas in planning internal events of the hotel.
  • Provide suggestions or ideas in formulating event packages for guests.
  • Needs to establish partnerships with suppliers/vendors.
  • Assist in ocular visits and handling inquiries.
  • Assist in creating proposals and contracts.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure banquet event orders are well arranged and followed.
  • Oversee actual events held at the hotel (either internal or external events) to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Perform competitors research on event venues and packages.
  • Perform any special tasks or side duties given by the management.

Job Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years experience on the same field.
  • Graduate of a year course in Events Management, HRM, Marketing or any related course.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Filipino and English
  • Good time management skills and able to work under strict timelines and pressure.
  • Proficient in PC Knowledge (Microsoft Word/Excel/Powerpoint, etc.)
  • Knowledge or proficiency in designing layout through certain applications such as Canva, Adobe InDesign or Photoshop is a plus.

Schedule:

  • 6 days a week (1 day off on a weekday)

  • 9 hour shift (8-5pm; or may adjust depending on the need of an event)
