We are looking for a
Channel Sales Manager
to manage sales and relationships with our channel partners, including distributors, resellers, and retail stores. You will focus on driving the sales of laptops and accessories, ensuring smooth operations, and helping partners achieve their sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Key Accounts: Build strong relationships with channel partners (distributors, dealers, and resellers).
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Drive sales of laptops and accessories to meet monthly and quarterly goals.
  • Support Partners: Ensure partners have the right product mix, pricing, and marketing support to sell effectively.
  • Monitor Performance: Track sell-in/sell-out data, stock levels, and market performance.
  • Coordinate Promotions: Work with marketing teams to plan and execute product launches and promotions.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales updates, forecasts, and performance reports to management.
  • Problem Solving: Quickly address any issues with deliveries, pricing, or product availability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 2–5 years of experience in channel sales or key account management, preferably in the laptops and accessories category.
  • Prior experience with leading tech brands such as
    Huawei, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Acer, Asus
    , or major accessory companies like Logitech, Belkin, etc., is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the retail/distribution ecosystem.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
