Job Summary:

The Business Development Supervisor is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and leading the business development team to achieve the company's growth objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify new market opportunities, including potential clients, emerging markets, and innovative services in the logistics industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Supervise and mentor the business development team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
  • Lead the sales team in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing new business deals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or in related field.
  • Proven Supervisory experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
  • Strong understanding of logistics operations, supply chain management, and market dynamics.
  • Willing to do an occasional travel to meet with clients or attend industry events
  • Must be willing to work On site in Makati City
