  • Develop plans for purchasing services and supplies
  • Ensures that the products and supplies meet quality standards
  • Works with team members to complete duties as needed
  • Maintains and updates a list of suppliers
  • Prepares purchasing reports and encodes supplies in the inventory system
  • Performs other related duties as may be required from time to time
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Business Studies, Administration/Management, or equivalent;
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience in purchasing with at least one year as an officer
  • Strong analytical, planning, forecasting, and negotiating skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Ability to maintain flexibility as priorities change;
  • Knowledgeable in the industry of computer and console gaming products, gadgets and accessories;
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications or its open source equivalent like OpenOffice, LibreOffice, etc.;
  • Willingness to embrace technology to systematize and organize work processes with a view to increasing efficiency and productivity;
  • Team player with a good work ethic and attitude;
  • Resourceful, honest and trustworthy;
  • Willing to learn and keep pace with the changes in the field of computer and console gaming;
  • Ability to work effectively to meet tight deadlines and in high-pressure situations;
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills;
  • Good negotiation skills with external vendors to secure advantageous terms;
  • Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company;
