
Senior Account Manager

The Role
- Point of contact for client stakeholders for all POS/Premium related project including leading all ongoing monthly / quarterly client performance reviews
- Work collaboratively with senior client stakeholders to identify and communicate potential client efficiencies in terms of procurement patterns, buying cycles, product category focus and alternative POS/Premium development in order to deliver value and enhance ROI for our clients
- Devising and delivering all internal and external process enhancements to ensure excellent service delivery of our outsourcing procurement model and achievement of all operational KPIs / satisfy all contractual obligations
- Working closely with the RAD to identify growth opportunities and the negotiation of new projects for any expansion
- Communicating and managing different vendors to fuflill client's needs up to their expectation
- collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client fulfilment
- acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience
- resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes
Requirements
- The ideal candidate would have 5+ years' experience working at a senior level within an outsource client partnership model within an FMCG marketing services agency / aggregator management environment
- Strong experience in the POSM /Display industry
- Extensive experience in engaging and influencing cross functionally, particularly across multiple FMCG client brand teams and procurement teams
- Proven experience in driving top-line revenue growth and margin enhancement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – Tagalog and English
- Strong project management skills
- Understanding of individual cultural differences and ability to establish and maintain relationships with colleagues and clients
- Problem solving and the ability to identify and clearly present solutions
- Team player that leads by example
