About Us

310 Nutrition is a fast-growing U.S.-based direct-to-consumer brand in the nutrition and skincare space. We're scaling aggressively on TikTok Shop and have built a dedicated TikTok studio in Manila to fuel viral content, live selling, and shoppable video campaigns.

We're looking for a TikTok Media Buyer to run Spark Ads end-to-end, live inside Triple Whale for decision-making, and work closely with our creative and analytics team. This role is central to turning great content into profitable growth.

What You'll Do

  • Run Spark Ads: Plan, launch, and optimize TikTok Spark Ads campaigns daily.
  • Triple Whale Optimization: Monitor ROAS, CAC, MER, and profitability inside Triple Whale; validate scaling decisions beyond TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Creative Testing: Collaborate with Editors to run structured creative tests (hooks, captions, CTAs) and prevent ad fatigue.
  • Analyst Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our TikTok Analyst to decide what content to boost and what to kill.
  • AI Ad Agent Training: Approve/reject AI-generated ads, feed results back into the data warehouse, and help train our AI creative pipeline.
  • Compliance: Ensure all creatives meet FTC and TikTok advertising policies for nutrition and skincare.
  • Reporting: Deliver daily and weekly campaign performance updates, highlighting winners, losers, and next tests.

What Success Looks Like

  • Campaigns optimized daily with profitability validated in Triple Whale.
  • Multiple creative tests launched every week, with clear winners documented.
  • At least 1–2 Spark Ads scaled profitably each week.
  • Clear documentation of learnings into SOPs and Hook Library.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–5+ years in paid media buying, with direct TikTok Ads experience required (Spark Ads a must).
  • Experience in e-commerce / DTC performance marketing (nutrition, skincare, or beauty a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to read both Ads Manager + attribution tools.
  • Familiarity with Triple Whale or similar post-purchase attribution tools.
  • Comfortable using AI tools and following SOPs for campaign optimization.
  • Excellent English communication; detail-oriented and proactive.
  • Based in the Philippines, ideally Manila area (remote role with occasional studio collaboration).
