Digital Adoption Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a company-wide digital adoption strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with IT, business leaders, and external partners to drive digital transformation.
- Design and deliver engaging learning experiences across multiple channels (training sessions, in-app guides, videos, etc.).
- Oversee user support, identify adoption barriers, and implement improvement initiatives.
- Monitor adoption KPIs, analyze performance data, and present progress reports to management.
- Lead and mentor the Digital Adoption team to drive collaboration and high performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in digital transformation, change management, or learning and development.
- Strong understanding of change management principles and digital adoption frameworks.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
