As a
Digital Communications Specialist
, you'll design and execute compelling customer communications that connect global audiences to digital success initiatives. You'll manage newsletters, product updates, and internal announcements-ensuring every message reflects clarity, consistency, and purpose. Your role blends strategy with creativity, enabling you to communicate across diverse platforms while maintaining brand integrity and driving measurable engagement.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Minimum of
    3-5 years of relevant experience
    in communications, customer marketing, or customer success.
  • Proven experience
    producing and managing customer newsletters
    , email campaigns, or product communication initiatives.
  • Strong ability to
    write clear, concise, and engaging content
    aligned with brand tone and customer needs.
  • Skilled in
    editorial planning, content strategy, and maintaining brand voice
    across multiple channels.
  • Experience managing customer communications at scale, including newsletters, updates, and announcements.
  • Capable of collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align communication priorities.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, able to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Experience maintaining
    communication calendars, governance workflows, and transparency tools
    (e.g., Slack, Confluence).
  • Willing and able to
    report onsite in Makati three times a week
    on a
    night shift schedule
    .

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with tools such as Gainsight and Pendo for executing communications.
  • Experience in SaaS or B2B customer communications.
  • Knowledge of engagement/project tools (Intercom, Jira/Asana, community platforms).
  • Understanding of customer adoption journeys and digital success strategies.

Your Daily Tasks

External Product Newsletters

  • Lead the design and execution of recurring product newsletters.
  • Translate complex product updates into clear, engaging content that drives adoption.
  • Partner with internal teams to align communications with customer journeys.
  • Create segmented newsletters for a more personalized customer experience.
  • Track engagement metrics (open rates, CTR, adoption impact) to refine content strategy.
  • Ensure all communications are executed through Gainsight and/or Pendo.

Ad Hoc & Critical Customer Communications

  • Manage urgent or targeted customer communications (e.g., announcements, updates, outages).
  • Draft, edit, and distribute accurate, brand-aligned messages across multiple channels.
  • Act as the quality gatekeeper for customer-facing language and tone.
  • Ensure all customer communications follow brand standards and are delivered via Gainsight or Pendo.

Planning & Governance

  • Maintain an outbound communications calendar to document schedules, channels, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prevent over-contact and ensure transparency.
  • Continuously improve communication governance and approval processes.
  • Post outbound communications in Slack channels to ensure visibility and alignment.

Internal Digital Customer Success Newsletter

  • Design and distribute internal newsletters highlighting digital success offerings.
  • Curate updates on adoption programs, training, and events for internal awareness.
  • Keep teams informed and aligned with customer success strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Digital Adoption, Marketing, and Community teams for consistent messaging.
  • Align timing, tone, and goals across all communication channels.
  • Bridge external and internal communications to ensure seamless knowledge-sharing.
