Role Description

This is a full-time position for a Digital Sales Manager, based in Makati with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves overseeing sales growth by developing relationships with clients, managing accounts, formulating sales strategies, and driving revenue. The manager will also ensure the successful implementation of digital advertising solutions and work closely with internal teams to meet client objectives. Regular collaboration with existing and potential clients will be integral to shaping creative, tech-driven digital strategies that align with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Sales, Sales Management, and Account Management with a proven track record in meeting and exceeding targets
  • Experience and understanding of Digital Media and Digital Marketing trends, platforms, and strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to thrive in both in-person collaboration and remote work environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proven ability to work with global brands and agencies is a plus
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on delivering measurable results
