Are you passionate about driving meaningful change through technology? We're looking for an experienced Adoption Specialist to lead the charge in embedding collaboration and productivity tools—primarily Microsoft 365 and Atlassian—across our global organisation.

What will you do as a Technology Adoption Specialist?

Reporting to the Technical Product Owner – Atlassian and Collaboration, your accountabilities will include:

• Develop and execute adoption strategies for Microsoft 365, Atlassian, Miro and other collaborative platforms.
• Deliver tailored training sessions, workshops, and resources to boost user confidence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand needs and drive engagement.
• Monitor adoption metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Create and maintain documentation and resources to support tool adoption.

What makes you the ideal candidate for this role?

An ideal candidate has the following qualities:

• 3–5 years' experience in a similar technical role driving tool adoption.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Miro, and Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Proactive, goal-oriented self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage, motivate, and support users effectively.
• Experienced in creating and delivering clear, impactful training materials and providing timely, effective user support.
• Skilled in analysing adoption metrics and usage data to identify trends and guide improvements.
