What you'll do:

The Digital Adoption Manager is responsible for creating, executing, and managing an enterprise-wide digital adoption strategy. This individual will be the catalyst for ensuring that all employees and stakeholders effectively and efficiently adopt new digital tools and technologies. By leveraging a multi-channel approach to training and support, the Manager will maximize the return on technology investments and drive a culture of continuous learning, contributing to operational excellence and overall productivity.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field. 

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a digital transformation, change management, or learning and development role, with a focus on technology adoption. 

  • Strong knowledge of change management principles and methodologies. 

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and project management skills. 

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze user behavior and extract actionable insights. 

  • Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) certification (e.g., from platforms like WalkMe, Whatfix, or AppLearn) 

  • ITIL 4 Foundation, Change Management Professional (e.g., PROSCI) is preferred.
