Digital Marketing Manager

This is a remote position.
Job Responsibilities:
� Oversee and action the businesses digital marketing strategy in conjunction with key internal and external stakeholders across B2C and B2B channels
� Be the go-to person for all things digital – e-commerce, on-line customer acquisition and retainment, edm's, social media
� Own the NPD go-live process to ensure new products are available for customer purchases within our B2C and B2B platforms and across multiple channels
� Plan and co-ordinate the implementation of promotional campaigns through multiple retail and online channels for consumer and trade audiences
� Ensure the inventory management, e-commerce, and 3rd party e-commerce systems are maintained for product, pricing and inventory to maximise on-line sale opportunities
� Develop and co-ordinate creative initiatives for in-store and on-line to promote the products and relevant brands throughout Australia.
� Co-ordinate all digital content to ensure product and customer segment search or advertising results are optimised for target customer segments and channels
� Ensure customer data is managed according in accordance with relevant AU privacy obligations
� Collaborate with third parties to co-ordinate content development for digital and traditional advertising campaigns
� Provide product, brand and design expertise where required for internal and external advertising or marketing resource requirements (digital or print)
� Evaluate emerging technologies while providing thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
� Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
� Manage the team in the ff:
o Designing

o Maintaining social media pressure
RequirementsTechnical/Educational Qualifications:
� Experience and proficiency across:
o Microsoft office suite
o Canva, Illustrator or a similar graphics program
o Shopify and supporting applications / integrations
o Cin7 or similar ERP
o Amazon seller portal
o Mailchimp
o Lightroom or similar image editing program
o Exposure to AI for B2C and B2B marketing purposes
o Meta advertising (Facebook & Instagram)
� Very strong English writing skills preferably with previous exposure to Australian consumer markets
� Social Media management and scheduling experience (Meta – Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, Tik Tok, LinkedIn)
� A marketing degree or demonstrable practical digital marketing experience within the Australian consumer or trade spaces will be looked upon favourably
� Retail or merchandising experience in homewares, a fashion related field, or DIY/hardware will also be beneficial
� Experience in setting up and optimizing campaigns
� Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
� Excellent multitasking skills
� Experience in devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

� Creative and articulate, with excellent written and verbal marketing/communication skills
� Ability to work with and across a small team, with external stakeholders, as well as working autonomously
� High attention to detail with practical problem solving and project management skills

� Ability to identify target audience
� Stay up – to – date with the latest trends in online marketing and measurement
� Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
