What You'll Be Doing:

  • Validate financial data and ensure accurate coding
  • Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments
  • Reconcile bank statements
  • Support financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual)
  • Track expenses and ensure policy compliance
  • Assist with audits and organize documentation
  • Support payroll inquiries and coordinate with payroll team
  • Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams
  • Maintain organized financial records
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years accounting experience (Accounts Payable, Payroll, LGU compliance)
  • Experience with financial and tax reports
  • Strong time management and prioritization
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with accounting/payroll software
