Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Associate to join our finance team. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable/receivable, financial reporting, budgeting, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of financial principles, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain financial records, invoices, and supporting documentation.
  • Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
  • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
  • Conduct financial data analysis to support decision-making and identify trends or discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all financial and organizational information.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
