Job description:

  • Review and monitor of Daily Trip Ticket (DTR), Equipment Daily Utilization (EDU), and Delivery Receipts (DR).

Check collected DTRS submitted by the logistic team for: total kilometers traveled (EDU) hours worked, travel routes and completeness of required approval. Verify EDUS from the motorpool team for total hours used and approval.

Record verified DTRS &EDUs into the monitoring system.

* Identify applicable charge account before forwarding documents to the billing associate.

* Encode DRs; coordinate with batching plant staff for any missing or incorrect sequence.

JOB SUMMARY

Finance associate is responsible for supporting financial operations by ensuring accurate monitoring, recording, and verification of data and asset-related documents such as Daily Trip Tickets (DTR), Equipment Daily Utilization (EDU) forms, and Delivery Receipts (DR). Making sure all the details are accurate and complete, assign the correct charge account, and support the billing process. Also organize and keep digital copies of asset-related documents. This position requires detail-oriented, organize and coordination skills to ensure timely and accurate billing and asset compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Education

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field preferred.

2. Experience

- Prior experiencing in billing, document control, business administration, or a related field preferred.

- Open to Fresh Graduates but have relevant academic background or internship experience in accounting, finance, or related field.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Billing Support

* Cross-check billing detail data from DTR and EDU records to ensure consistency and accuracy before approval of supervisor and forwarding to site or client.

  • Asset Document Management

Maintain organize records for all asset-related documentation:Vehicle and equipment document (Official receipt, deeds of sale, notarized docs)

* Finance billing files, warehouse MTS, letters, memos and other documents.

* Ensure proper digital records of all scanned documents in server.

* Audit documents to confirm accuracy and compliance.
