Duties:

  • Assist the Chief Compliance Officer in the identification, documentation, and assessment of compliance risks associated with the programs, project and activities of SB Corp;
  • Help in the conduct of research on relevant laws, rules, regulations, policies and standards requiring compliance by SB Corp in relation to the programs, projects, and activities in undertakes;
  • Assist in the development and/or updating of compliance program for and as required by regulatory as contained in the Compliance Register such as AMLA and Terrorism Financing, Data Privacy, Credit Information, etc.;
  • Assist in the performance of the following:
  • Monitoring of compliance requirements as contained in the compliance programs, and help draft action plans addressing audit findings conducted by COA, directives and recommendations issued by BSP, and in other related laws, rules and regulations and issuances by relevant regulatory agencies;
  • Conduct of compliance testing on the accuracy, completeness and reliability of data and information transmitted to and as required by regulatory bodies through external network such as AMLA reports, CIC reports; governance reports to the GCG, etc.; and
  • Preparation and drafting of reports on the test results thereof to the senior management as well as the appropriate Board Committee/s and the Governing Board;
