Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Associate based in Quezon City. The Finance Associate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, supporting financial reporting, and assisting with overall financial management. The role involves reviewing and maintaining accurate financial records, performing financial analysis, and contributing to organizational decision-making through data-driven insights. Additionally, the Finance Associate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial goals and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
  • Strong Analytical Skills and a solid foundation in Finance
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interactions with team members and stakeholders
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools; advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Relevant work experience in finance, accounting, or a related function is preferred
